IT Project Coordinator – Migration Program

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail‑driven IT Project Coordinator to play a key role in a large‑scale migration program spanning multiple IT and business workstreams. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with IT project and program managers, infrastructure teams, business project managers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless planning, coordination, and execution across the program.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross‑project and cross‑program coordination to support the successful migration of American Heritage applications.
Develop, maintain, and distribute program documentation and onboarding materials for new project managers and business analysts.
Partner with project and program managers to build and share meeting agendas, schedules, and attendee lists.
Communicate program artifacts, usage guidelines, and expectations to IT project managers.
Support program governance activities, including:
Managing Workday code access based on program manager direction.
Collaborating with IT project managers and stakeholders to track risks, issues, and decisions, and ensuring consistent status reporting.
Assist with post‑deployment validation efforts and issue tracking to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project coordination or technical project support.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Target Process, Confluence, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with mainframe environments.
Experience in IT infrastructure, security, or DevOps settings.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Scrum.
Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
