On behalf of our Financial Services/Banks client, People Force is searching for a Performance Test & Environment Management Lead for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with onsite presence at our client’s (Mississauga, ON) office, 3 days per week
Job Title: Performance Test & Environment Management Lead
Location: Mississauga, ON ( 3 days hybrid must)
Duration: Contract role- 4-6 months contract (with possibility of extension)
Key Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing and Environment Management lead for our enterprise-wide Salesforce Upgrade Program. This role will manage performance testing using Salesforce Scale Test, coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, and ensure that all integrations, data loads, and new pipelines meet performance and scalability standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC ecosystem testing, integration testing, data volume simulation, and environment operations across multi-component platforms including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Web Applications, and WealthView.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Testing (Primary Responsibility)
Lead and manage performance testing activities using Salesforce Scale Test.
Work with technical teams to define test scenarios, workloads, concurrency levels, and KPIs.
Ensure data load volumes replicate production patterns for accurate benchmarking.
Validate throughput, latency, and scalability for all data entering or leaving Salesforce.
Conduct performance testing for:
Salesforce platform operations (FSC, core objects, automations)
MuleSoft APIs & integration pipelines
2. Cross-Component Environment Management
Own and manage the full non-production environment landscape across:
Salesforce
MuleSoft
Web and Digital platforms
WealthView
Integration middleware
3. Data & Integration Readiness
Coordinate with Data, DevOps, and Integration teams to load and maintain realistic test data volumes.
Validate test data integrity for performance, functional, and end-to-end testing.
Ensure new integration pipelines built for the upgrade are tested for stability, load, error handling, and throughput.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Experience
5–10+ years in Performance Testing or Environment Management roles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally FSC or large enterprise orgs.
Strong knowledge of API performance testing and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Salesforce Scale Test (or LoadRunner/JMeter with SF APIs).
Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, batch jobs.
Strong understanding of data migration, refresh processes, and volume-based testing.
Ability to analyze performance logs, heap dumps, API traces, and integration logs.
