Location: Reading or London (4 days onsite)

Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 base + car allowance + 20% bonus

About the Opportunity

We’re working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I’m looking for a Director of Security Services Delivery Management to lead the operational delivery of security services across a diverse portfolio. You’ll own the service roadmap, manage relationships with a top-tier Managed Service Provider, and ensure security services meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Lead the delivery of core security services across the organisation.
Define and maintain the service catalogue and delivery roadmap.
Act as the primary liaison with the supporting MSP, ensuring accountability and quality.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a team of security service managers.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership experience within service delivery management and information security.
Strong understanding of security domains and managed security services.
Proven leadership in large, complex organisations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
