Job Specifications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Power BI reporting and dashboard enhancements
Ad hoc queries using Databricks SQL
Building reports (not just data extraction)
Working with data for insights and analysis

Must-Have Skills (Top 5)

Strong interest in data analysis / data work (0–2 years experience), open to new grads with internship/co-op work experience or anyone with more than 2 years experience as well
Basic understanding of SQL
Experience with Power BI or Tableau (data visualization)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with AI – end user

Nice-to-Have Skills

Python
Databricks experience (used by team, but not critical)
Understanding of business process design

Good communication skills
