About The Role

This role is responsible for assessing applications and making offers for programmes at WMG. The role also requires to occupant to provide advice and information to applicants which will form part of the role, as well as assessing qualifications and processing decisions, whilst maintaining a professional and efficient service over telephone and email communications when dealing with enquiries.
About You
Very strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience of editing webpages, and proficiency in using web-based IT solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills .
Knowledge and experience of using student record management systems such as SITS for accurate and fast data entry and data extraction.
Experience of working in a customer focused administrative environment.
Experience of maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment.
An understanding of Higher Education through study or previous work experience.
