Join Our Security Team at Frimley Park Hospital!
Are you looking for a rewarding career in security where you can make a real difference? Frimley Park Hospital, part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking dedicated Security Manager to join our busy team in Frimley.
As a Security Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Main duties of the job
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the security service across all designated Trust sites
Assessing risks and implementing site wide safety measures and process.
Develop and maintain security staff rotas, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures
Carry out appraisals and oversee sickness reports within the Security team.
Generating reports both electronically and in written form and present data to wider Trust and NHS forums.
Upholding NHS values and delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
Educated to A level or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
Management or leadership qualification (e.g., ILM Level 3 or equivalent).
IOSH or similar Health and Safety qualification.
Experience
Essential criteria
Experience in supervising or managing a team in a facilities or support services environment.
Desirable criteria
Previous experience working within the NHS or a large, complex organisation.
Skills & Knowledge
Essential criteria
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with staff at all levels.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Desirable criteria
Knowledge of NHS policies and procedures.
