Job Specifications

Excellent opportunity to join a global leading IT MSP and preferred partner of the UK MOD. Due to demand my client is looking for 2 Service Desk Architects able to work on site at Basingstoke.

Salary £70k -£78k - D.O.E.

What do I need?

Experience designing, installing and supporting IT service desk workflows and systems ideally with technologies like - Service Now, Freshworks, ManageEngine, BMC Helix, Cherwell or similar
Core knowledge on infrastructure tools like - Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, SQL Server or PKI and Certificate Management
Scripting skills with tools like -Powershell, SQL, JavaScript or Similar
Experience working in ITSM/ITIL environment - Certifications are highly desirable
Experience working with on - prem, hybrid cloud and cloud native environments
Eligible for high level DV clearance - if not already certified
