Technical Lead – ETL Tester (Python & AWS)

London / Remote | £75k | Permanent

Are you passionate about data quality and love working with cutting-edge cloud technologies? We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead ETL Tester to own our ETL pipelines, data migration, and ingestion processes.

What You’ll Do:

Lead ETL & backend testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Build & execute test plans, scenarios, and automation scripts
Validate data using SQL, Python & AWS services (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB)
Collaborate with Agile teams & stakeholders to translate requirements into testing strategies
Drive test automation frameworks and improve processes
Mentor team members & contribute to a culture of excellence

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on ETL testing & Data Warehousing experience
Strong SQL skills & experience validating complex datasets
Test automation using Python & AWS
Familiarity with Agile & tools like Jira, Zephyr, ALM, TestFLO
