Software Engineer – Electronic Trading Systems

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and scale distributed, fault-tolerant trading systems.
Contribute to architecture decisions and implement high-volume, multi-threaded services.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that balance stability, performance, and flexibility.
Work in an agile environment with continuous integration, delivery, and testing best practices.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (C++ or similar).
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
Experience building distributed, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.
Background in agile development, CI/CD, and unit testing practices.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with modern C++ and multi-threaded programming.
Familiarity with asynchronous, event-driven architectures.
Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
Exposure to scripting languages like Python and productivity tools such as Jenkins or Splunk.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $160,000 – $240,000 USD annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location.
