Job Specifications
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Experiential Brand Marketing Lead with a strong track record creating immersive, shoppable, and culturally resonant experiences for major retailers and consumer brands. This role will lead the strategy, concepting, and execution of high-impact IRL experiences, including an immediate focus on delivering a major Pop-Up Store activation.
This is not a production role — the emphasis is on strategic leadership, creative direction, and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and execution for experiential and real‑world brand activations, with an immediate focus on a flagship Pop-Up Store initiative.
Act as the central liaison for cross-functional partners across Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and external agencies.
Collaborate closely with Media, Social, Comms, and Influencer teams to build integrated marketing and promotional plans across all channels.
Lead end-to-end project management, including stakeholder alignment, cross‑functional communication, milestone tracking, and leadership updates.
Partner with creative and operational teams to ensure experiential concepts are executed seamlessly, efficiently, and on budget.
Bring a strong POV on design, innovation, storytelling, and emerging trends that elevate experiential strategies.
Ensure all experiential work reflects best‑in‑class creative thinking and consumer-focused design.
Qualifications
6+ years of Experiential Brand Marketing experience, including developing experiential strategies for large retailers or major consumer brands.
Direct experience concepting and delivering interactive pop‑ups for well-known brands or retail partners.
Passionate about design, storytelling, creative innovation, and emerging cultural and social trends.
Comfortable moving between creative ideation and operational detail management
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational capabilities.
Background in experiential marketing, shoppable pop‑ups, and/or fashion-related activations.
