Job Description:

Soft Skills:

Extensive experience working closely with multiple teams to successfully execute and complete projects, with a focus on lead analysis, road mapping, budgeting, execution plan on all Group Function Technology’s (GFT) ‘non-critical apps’.
Strong ability to lead global projects dealing with Technology and Business stakeholders across all regions.
Works with all tower leads in Group Function Technology’s (GFT) North America and Group Function Technology’s (GFT) Asia based on ownership of Group Function Technology’s (GFT) Apps
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and change management skills to support planning and execution of change as well as adoption of new tools across the organization
Ability to support roll out of product features and functionalities, in support of the product adoption

Technical Skills:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification or experience.
Expertise in Agile methodology.
Optional - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certifications (optional).
Optional - Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) (optional).

Domain Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of Agile, JIRA, and their application in project management.
Understanding of data handling, privacy concerns, and the importance of data quality.
Ability to understand technical challenges and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders in Asia and North America, and other subject experts.

Experience Level: Senior (L3, 10+ years), with substantial experience in managing IT projects, particularly global in nature.
