The Gold Studios Group is hiring a Digital Talent Scout (Sports & Gaming) to join The Gold Arena team to directly assist our agents in finding the newest & biggest talent in the digital sports, gaming & gambling space.

We represent a fast-growing roster of creators, and we’re looking for an intern with knowledge of the digital landscape to be responsible for scouting & signing new talent to our roster.

Company Overview:

The Gold Studios is a leading digital entertainment agency representing the next generation of entertainers. At The Gold Arena, a subsect of The Gold Studios Group, we’ve focused on the rapidly expanding world of digital sports, gaming, & gambling, across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Scouting: Research and reach out to digital creators for The Gold Arena roster.

• Industry Networking: Grow relationships and set up meetings with creators and channels.

• Admin Assistance: Help facilitate scheduling, content marketing, and creator contracts.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Knowledge of the sports & gaming digital landscape, an eagerness for growth, and a genuine passion for the field.

• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the creator economy.

• Excellent communication and people skills - able to manage, approach, and communicate with talent with ease and clarity.

• Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient mindset - able to handle a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

• Hunger to make a direct impact on one of the fastest growing agencies in the US, Canada & UK.

What We Offer:

• 4-week paid internship at $600 per week (note: potential for extension, performance dependent).

• Hybrid role - at least 1 day a week in person in the Manhattan office.

We represent multi-platform comedy creators - partnering global brands with stand up comics, YouTube comedians, sketch artists, TikTok comedians and more. On top of that, we produce YouTube shows in our Studio to give a creative digital platform to comedians, and book stand up tours for those wanting to be face to face with their audiences.
