Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead complex, large-scale technical initiatives and drive long-term strategic planning. This role plays a key part in aligning multiple teams, accelerating delivery of high-impact programs, and enabling exceptional customer experiences.

Beyond program execution, this leader will help shape and grow the TPM function by setting high standards, mentoring teams, and demonstrating the value a strong TPM discipline brings to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-range technical roadmaps aligned with business priorities
Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, and data teams
Anticipate, assess, and reduce technical risks throughout the program lifecycle
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Lead execution with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes
Influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and systems-level thinking
Navigate ambiguity where requirements, solutions, or strategies are still evolving
Identify trade-offs and balance business value, scalability, and resource constraints
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across teams and organizational boundaries
Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening in leadership

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
3+ years of experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing or supporting distributed, scalable, and highly available systems
Hands-on exposure to cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred)
Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
