Location: London (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The Solutions Consultant/Content Strategist role in the Gtech Users and Products department focuses on managing consumer support content for B2C products like Gmail, Chrome, and Play. This urgent backfill requires candidates with a strong background in operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, high-volume team capable of working under pressure. Provide support with Gmail, Android, Photos etc.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-functional Collaboration: Attending cross-functional meetings and ensuring alignment across departments.
Content Management: Using internal tools like Content Hub and Composer to manage consumer support content.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing content drafts with high attention to detail.
Operations: Managing high-volume workflows for G-tech users and products.
Stakeholder Management: Potential (though rare) requirement to stay late to align with US hours.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience with a proven operations and project management track record.
Technical Skills: Capability to do the job; flexible and able to use proprietary internal tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Location: Ideally London-based with the ability to start within two weeks.

An editorial background is beneficial but not mandatory.
