THE POSITION

Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs to drive process improvements, manage strategic recruiting initiatives, and help scale systems that enhance candidate experience and team efficiency.

You’ll have the opportunity to build, innovate, and lead projects that shape the way FanDuel recruits — from internal mobility and headcount planning to technology rollouts and process automation. We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

Lead key talent acquisition projects — including internal mobility, headcount planning, process optimization, and global TA initiatives
Create and manage detailed project plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and tracking progress toward key milestones
Act as a go-to resource for the TA coordination/scheduling team, ensuring they have the support and tools needed to operate at full capacity
Demonstrate agility in a dynamic environment by quickly adapting to shifting priorities and proactively identifying scalable solutions
Provide end-to-end support for TA technology implementations (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools), partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors
Identify tools, systems, and automation opportunities that improve recruiter productivity and enhance the candidate experience
Use data, market insights, and trends to inform TA strategy and decision-making
Own or contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across TA and broader People Team function

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related recruiting-focused role (bonus if you’ve been a recruiter, sourcer, or coordinator)
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery — with strong organization, stakeholder management, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities shift quickly
Experience with TA systems and tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Dayforce, Gem, LinkedIn); familiarity with BrightHire and Paradox.Ai is a plus
Problem-solver by nature — proactive, resourceful, and eager to jump into challenges
Skilled at using data to influence decisions, measure success, and tell compelling stories
Strong collaborator and communicator, able to build trust and alignment across teams
High attention to detail and a knack for process thinking — you notice gaps, ask questions, and love building something better
You enjoy checking things off your to-do list and celebrating the wins — both big and small
