Job Overview
The intern will help create and maintain architecture documentation, develop basic ServiceNow AI automations, and support security and system topology documentation for key IT applications. They will also update training materials, manage Confluence resources, and collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure solutions are clear, scalable, and easy to maintain.
Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation for DSC and FCT systems, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
Lead the automation of basic use cases leveraging ServiceNow AI, collaborating closely with the external vendor to design, build, and validate automated workflows.
Partner with cross functional teams to gather requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and drive continuous improvement in architecture and automation initiatives.
Ensure documentation and automation outputs follow best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Create training videos for NetStar features.
Update Confluence documentation.
Establish process for continuous maintenance of training resources as we enhance NetStar.
Document Security posture and end to end architecture & topology of ITS/ND application landscape
Responsibilities:

Ensure all documentation and automation deliverables comply with best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Produce training videos that clearly demonstrate key NetStar features and functionality.
Update and maintain Confluence documentation; establish an ongoing update process for NetStar training materials.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications / Education:
To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
Preferred concentration of study:
Computer Science
Desired Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of Python, SQL and other Analytical tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Has a driven and proactive mindset that able to challenge the status-quo and come up with creative and efficient solutions
Collaborative approach to completing assigned tasks
Additional Information
During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
