Job Title: ERP Functional Analyst

We are supporting a large UK organisation delivering a major transformation of its HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain services through modern digital platforms and automation.
They are seeking a Functional Analyst to join the product team responsible for key enterprise applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and system requirements
Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
Support solution design and functional specifications
Work with technical teams on system changes and integrations
Support UAT, releases and post-implementation reviews
Produce documentation, process maps and user guides
Support stakeholders across HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or SME role
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Experience with enterprise platforms (eg Oracle, ERP Cloud, SaaS)
Understanding of business processes across HR, Finance or Supply Chain
Experience with UAT, testing and documentation
Knowledge of integrations, data flows and governance
Comfortable working in fast-paced, change environments
Desirable
Cloud/SaaS experience
Reporting or BI tools
Certifications (BA, PM, or platform specific)
Public sector or large enterprise experience
