Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Duration: 18 Month W2 Contract
Location: Addison, TX
Required Pay Scale: $55-$65/hour
Job Summary:
The role will support ongoing project work with increased ramp-up planned for next year. The primary focus is not on delivering a new project, but on ensuring initiatives are compliant with the bank’s risk, change management, and governance standards. The role will play a key part in the transition from Remedy to ServiceNow, supporting implementation activities and ensuring adherence to established controls.
The ideal candidate will have 7–8+ years of overall experience, a strong technical background, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow and Remedy platforms. Candidates should demonstrate experience supporting or delivering implementations, strong communication and presentation skills, and a history of stable project tenure with meaningful durations.
Must-Have Qualifications
7–8+ years of overall professional experience
Strong understanding of risk, change management, and governance standards in a banking environment
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Remedy, including platform transition or replacement initiatives
Experience supporting or delivering a ServiceNow implementation
Solid technical background with the ability to engage with engineering and infrastructure teams
Proven ability to ensure compliance rather than direct project delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder-facing discussions
Demonstrated project stability and good tenure across roles
Ability to provide references upon request
