Sweetgreen is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic Business Technology organization. The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will play a critical role in managing and evolving our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the governance of the company's ServiceNow platform, leading the roadmap for building upon existing capabilities, and driving innovation to introduce new functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring the platform aligns with the company’s goals and strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and compliance standards.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on enhancing existing capabilities and innovating new functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and provide solutions that add value to the company.
Manage and optimize ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, with the technical ability to perform configuration changes in ServiceNow itself.
Develop and implement processes for platform configuration and integration with other enterprise systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases; plan and support platform updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related queries and issues, offering expert-level support.
Monitor system health, metrics, and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, process workflows, and user guides.
Liaise with ServiceNow’s support and consulting resources for advanced troubleshooting and solution implementation.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify risks.
Drive innovation initiatives to leverage ServiceNow capabilities in new and effective ways, improving business processes and efficiency.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users and administrators to promote effective use of the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a related role.
Certification in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) or equivalent preferred.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
Experience in leading governance and strategic planning for ServiceNow implementations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving platform improvements and innovations.
