Job Title MS365, Active Directory & Exchange Integration Expert
Role Overview
This role is part of an international IT transformation initiative. It focuses on technical architecture within the Workplace team, which manages workstation environments, Active Directory, messaging systems, and infrastructure security. The position requires a versatile profile with a strong technical vision of the workplace and the ability to support a multi-year transformation plan involving the migration and alignment of two IT systems.

Responsibilities
Ensure operational continuity (MCO) of infrastructure services.
Manage workstation environments: SCCM, SEP, PDT imaging, GPO, Teams, MTR.
Administrate Active Directory (DC OnPrem, MS Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI, AIP).
Oversee hybrid messaging systems (Exchange OnPrem and Online).
Participate in CAB processes including impact assessments and rollbacks.
Provide Level 3 support to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to infrastructure projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Attend team and entity meetings.
Maintain technical documentation (procédures, DATs, etc.).
Share weekly updates on ongoing actions with management.
Mandatory Skills
Microsoft 365 solutions (Tenant, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP).Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, AD Connect) and integration with other MS solutions.
Exchange (hybrid environments).
Powershell scripting (maintenance, transformation, creation).
Certificate management.
Inter-Tenant migration tools.
Appreciated Skills
Deep understanding of workplace infrastructure.
Prior involvement in IT transformation or migration projects.
Experience in an international environment.
