Pay Rate: $50-$55/hrJob Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical Project Management Analyst to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role sits within the Program Management Office (PMO) and focuses heavily on resource management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a complex enterprise initiative.The ideal candidate excels at managing large volumes of detailed data, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and producing clear, executive-level reporting to support leadership decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain resource plans supporting a program of over 1,000 internal and external team members
Engage with program teams to confirm staffing, forecast future needs, track changes, and apply change control processes
Partner with onboarding/offboarding teams to provide forecasting and workload visibility
Develop and deliver summarized resource status reports for leadership
Collaborate with Finance to provide resource analysis supporting accurate monthly spend forecasts
Analyze data from multiple sources to produce tables, charts, and graphs for reporting
Schedule and facilitate resource management meetings, including in-person 1:1s
Support the PMO Director and leadership team as needed in a dynamic SAP implementation environment
Program Overview:The client’s Propel Program is a major business and IT transformation initiative migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (greenfield, clean-core) across Finance, HR, EHS, Supply Chain, and Asset Management. Now entering its third year, the program will deliver four major releases and is scheduled for completion in 2031.Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a PMO or Program Management Office role, preferably on large software or SAP programs
Strong ability to manage large, complex datasets related to resource planning
Advanced Excel skills, including filters, freeze panes, hide/unhide, and graph creation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience supporting SAP transformation programs
Exposure to contract or vendor resource management
Additional Information:
Equipment: Candidate must provide a personal laptop (Windows or Mac) for the first 1-3 weeks until a client laptop is issued
For remote work, candidate must provide their own home office equipment
