Knowledge and skills

Key skills:

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM)
Microsoft Intune (MDM / MAM)
Windows 10 / Windows 11 Enterprise
Active Directory & Azure AD (Hybrid Join, GPO, Conditional Access)
PowerShell (automation, remediation scripts)

At least 1 of the following:

Python / PERL / Ansible / Terraform
