Lazzaro Strategic Advisors is a boutique consulting firm empowering small businesses through strategic planning, operations optimization, and business development. Our internship provides hands-on consulting experience working with real clients across diverse industries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Projects (Real Work, Real Impact)

Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Build analyze business performance metrics
Support strategic planning and business plan development
Research operational improvements and technology solutions
Assist with marketing strategy and digital presence audits
Draft client reports and presentations

Professional Development

Work directly with Principal and Managing Dir. on active engagements
Attend client meetings and strategy sessions
Complete capstone project with client presentation
Receive mentorship and career guidance

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Currently enrolled undergraduate (3.0+ GPA preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation for occasional client visits

Preferred:

Business, finance, marketing, or related coursework
Experience with small businesses, startups, or entrepreneurship
Familiarity with financial modeling, data analysis, or market research
Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office
Strong writing, reading and comprehension
Attentive to detail and excellence
