Description

We are looking for our next cohort of summer interns to spend eight weeks making a genuine impact, expanding skill sets, and bringing fresh perspectives to our team. This is more than just gaining market experience; its immersing yourself what makes us uniquely Convex, from our culture to our focus on data and technology.

The Team

The People Team are looking for an individual who will be passionate about creating a positive experience for Convexians to learn, grow, have fun and do great work with people they like and respect. The People Team’s priorities are focused on building our client’s favourite insurer, creating an exceptional employee experience and ensuring we have flawless HR execution in everything we do. The role will involve a variety of tasks including working on projects to support our programme of delivery around talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, learning and development and job framework and compensation.

This role will support the Head of HR for Bermuda & US while also working with the wider team based in London.
