This role will be based in New York, San Francisco, Mountain View or Sunnyvale.

The Director of NAMER & Global Client Programs (GCP) Sales Strategy and Operations is a key business advisor and operational leader who functions as a “chief of operations” for the Head of NAMER & GCP segments within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business. This role focuses on enabling scale, driving execution, and modernizing how the sales organization plans, operates, and makes decisions.

This leader brings a strong bias to action, an eye for scalable impact, and an innovation-driven mindset. They challenge the status quo, push systems and thinking forward, and leverage data and AI-enabled insights to unlock growth and efficiency across a complex, global sales organization.

This leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on annual planning, business performance, operations and strategic initiatives. They partner closely with senior sales and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help executives make data-driven decisions using customer and sales data, including metrics such as average selling price, order volume growth, and product whitespace analysis.

As a key member of the global leadership team, this role supports and drives global initiatives while ensuring high standards of operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an exceptional business and people leader with strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, capable of handling complex, high-scope tasks and sensitive information, and leading a team to identify opportunities, innovate processes, and drive business growth.

Designing, building, and optimizing sales territories and coverage models with a scaling mindset

Lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives that evolve and transform LinkedIn’s sales model globally.
Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Finance, HR, GTM Operations) to deliver mission-critical programs, role alignment, and integrated solutions.
