About the team

We work together to ensure our clients understand this new world of advertising, that they are making the best possible decisions to support their own goals, and drive advertiser interest and engagement across the board. The Client Services team is responsible for managing and growing Roku’s partnerships with Advertisers and ultimately enabling our clients to reach their business objectives.  

 

About the role 

The Senior Manager, Client Services, Advertising, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the strategic account management function. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional advertising solutions, and driving the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in cultivating relationships with performance minded Media & Entertainment partners. This role will oversee a team charged with executing a large volume of high impact & programmatic executions. 

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $168,000 - $210,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing 

Client Relationship Management:  

Serve as the primary executive contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships across client direct and agency teams. 
Oversee the execution of performance advertising solutions that meet client objectives and exceed KPIs.  
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues.  
Responsible for leading a team goaled and focused on driving Incremental, Upselling & Revenue retention.   

Operational Excellence:  

Oversee the operational aspects of account management, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and compliance with industry standards.  
Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor and improve team and client outcomes. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. 
Manage Managers of Client Services and Account Managers.

 

We’re excited if you have 
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management within the advertising media industry. 
Background working with Media & Entertainment or Theatrical clients. 
Experience in programmatic advertising, including knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.  
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.  
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.  
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a strong focus on driving business growth. 
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
