Job Specifications

Position: Frontend Engineer – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30-$60/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive and scalable frontend solutions supporting AI model training interfaces.
Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to build effective user experiences for prompting workflows.
Implement, test, and optimize UI components that support AI prompt creation and refinement processes.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of frontend code quality and documentation.
Analyze user feedback and iterate on frontend features to improve usability and workflow efficiency.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
Stay current with modern frontend technologies and AI training practices to continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend engineering roles.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or similar.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and frontend state management.
Experience building responsive and accessible web applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
