About Fencecore:

Fencecore stands out in the Canadian tech landscape not only for the IT services we provide, but for the long-lasting relationships we build with our clients. We are a leading IT Managed Services Provider delivering proactive IT operations, advanced cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and high-touch support to mid-market businesses.

Our team helps clients operate securely, efficiently, and reliably, so they can focus on their core business. As Fencecore continues to scale, we are investing in the processes, systems, and internal capabilities that will support our next phase of growth.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Business Enablement Lead to act as a trusted right-hand partner to the Chief Operating Officer, helping improve how the business operates and executes across teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a highly capable individual with strong judgment and execution ability, who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer on process improvement, system implementation, research, analysis, AI initiatives, and special projects. The role blends structured thinking with practical execution — designing better ways of working, building tools and visibility, and ensuring improvements are implemented and adopted.

This role is well-suited to someone with a consulting or similarly rigorous background who wants to move beyond analysis and recommendations, and into ownership, implementation, and real-world impact.

What You’ll Do:

Identify, prioritize, and address friction in how the business operates, balancing impact, effort, and organizational readiness
Design, document, and improve workflows and processes that increase consistency, clarity, and execution across teams
Build reporting, dashboards, and internal tools that give leadership better visibility into performance and operations
Conduct focused research and analysis to support decisions, including tooling, vendors, costs, and process trade-offs
Apply AI and automation pragmatically to eliminate manual work and improve how information flows through the business
Own initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable results
Ensure solutions stick by working with teams to drive adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement

Who You Are:

Strong problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
Experience in a rigorous environment (consulting, operations, engineering, analytics, or similar) that values structured thinking and execution
Analytical and comfortable working with data, financial concepts, and trade-offs
Able to design and improve real-world processes and follow them through implementation
Hands-on with modern tools, systems, and software, including practical use of AI and automation to improve workflows
Clear, structured communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-through
Interested in business and technology; MSP / IT experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English / French) is an asset

Why Join Fencecore?:

Work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and leadership team on initiatives that materially shape how the business operates
See your work translate into real, visible improvements in how the company runs
Build deep, practical experience across process improvement, systems, finance, and technology
Develop a rare, high-slope skill set through real ownership, trust from leadership, and meaningful responsibility
Join a collaborative, people-first culture that values clarity, accountability, learning, and getting things done
