Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Advisor to support the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-level PAM and secrets management solutions. In this role, you will assist with integrating assets into CyberArk Privilege Cloud, ensure secure and scalable implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize access processes.

This position requires strong IAM knowledge, hands-on CyberArk experience, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

What You'll Do

Assist with the development and implementation of Privilege Access Management and design for Enterprise secrets management service.
Conduct asset discovery to incorporate to CyberArk Privilege cloud, applying CyberArk advanced tools.
Support the implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop processes and tools to optimize access within Rogers.
Effectively communicate information security risks to a diverse audience, from technical staff to senior executives.
Assist on complex PAM issues and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations.
Implement access controls for privileged users, applications, and systems to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate insider threats
Evolve the IAM Governance program to keep pace with Rogers' business needs, including growth, acquisitions, and new revenue streams.
Governance on PAM solutions, including onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, policy configuration, and access reviews
Contribute to awareness and training initiatives.
Support on privileged access activity anomalies and potential security incidents, conducting investigations and remediation, as necessary
Produce report metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to provide a meaningful state of IAM at Rogers.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with at least 1-2 years focused on Product CyberArk delivery.
Certifications in Cyberark a plus, CDE - Certified Delivery Engineer, Certified Cyberark Defender, etc.
IAM experience with strong knowledge in development (including but not limited to installation, configuration, and coding) of PAM tools like Cyberark.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
