Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking. 
 
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.

Contract Period: 6 months
Pay Rate: Starting from $40 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday;8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Post content on internal enterprise communication channels, including company Central
Primary responsibility for blog posting using Content full, ensuring timely and relevant updates
Assist with email communications as needed, formatting and distributing emails using Workshop
Provide backup email distribution support as needed
Analyzing content data to identify trends and anticipate employee needs
Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing
Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed
Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial calendar
Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through research
Work on continual improvements on intranet
Post on company blog
Experience & Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field
2+ year of experience in Digital/Content management
2+ years of Web Content experience
Sound knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and search engine optimization (SEO)
Previous experience in SharePoint Online, Contentful, Workshop, Adobe Pro
Previous stakeholder experience
Previous banking, financial services
JIRA experience/exposure
