Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Technology Specialist / Implementation Analyst to own and optimize our global learning platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on LMS/LXP expert who can manage systems, deploy content, ensure data accuracy, and deliver a seamless learner and support experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LMS & Learning Platform Management

Serve as the functional SME for LMS/LXP platforms such as Cornerstone, Docebo, and Intellum
Configure and maintain courses, curricula, learning plans, user profiles, assessments, and reporting
Manage platform data integrity, user lifecycle, and software license administration
Partner with vendors and internal teams to support enhancements, bug fixes, and system upgrades

2. Content Implementation & Quality Assurance

Build and maintain digital learning content using Xyleme (LCMS) and related authoring tools
Perform QA/testing to ensure accurate learner tracking, completions, and data capture in LMS/LRS
Advise Instructional Design and Operations teams on platform capabilities and best practices

3. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor training completion, engagement, and effectiveness metrics
Produce reports and insights for stakeholders to support continuous improvement of learning programs

4. Learner Experience & Support Operations

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including scheduling, communications, and automated enrollments
Manage learning support tickets, resolving high-priority issues within defined SLAs
Drive mandatory training completion through targeted learner and manager communications
Develop scalable self-service resources (FAQs, job aids, videos, user guides)

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Learning Technology, LMS Administration, or Learning Operations
Strong hands-on expertise with Cornerstone, Docebo, and/or Intellum
Practical experience using Xyleme or similar LCMS/authoring tools
Proven ability to analyze and report on learning metrics and global training trends
Experience supporting onboarding programs and managing learning support/ticketing systems
