Location: WFH in London

Employment Type: 1 Year Contract, Full-Time

Salary: £2,000/mo + Commission on all UK sales (cap at £5k/mo)

Aya (www.ayacare.co.uk) seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Specialist to spearhead UK eCommerce and B2B sales and marketing for our period care products tailored to the African community. This is a huge opportunity to impact women's health. Every Aya box sold in UK will be able reinvested into period alleviation support in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Cameroon.

DAY TO DAY:

Drive sales on our Shopify and Amazon UK stores.
Lead B2B Sales, get Aya onto supermarket shelves
Execute sales and marketing (SEO, social, pop-ups, community events) campaigns to boost traffic.
Handle order fulfillment with London warehouse.
Pitch growth ideas constantly

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

2+ years in UK eCom, with hands-on Amazon Seller Central expertise
Must have done sales for an FMCG product before
Flexible WFH, but must be based in London area for easy access to warehouse and events.
