Location: Brantford, ON or Waterloo, ON.
Schedule: M-F hybrid
Duration: 1-year contract (extendable)
Airswift is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused professional to join a major Oil & Gas company and support the natural gas community expansion across Ontario. In this role, you’ll engage directly with homeowners and businesses, educate them on the value of natural gas, and guide them through the attachment process from first contact to activation.
What You’ll Do:
Engage potential customers through field visits (door‑to‑door), cold calling, events, and virtual/outreach sessions.
Advocate for natural gas usage and clearly articulate business cases and benefits.
Guide customers through the attachment steps and address questions, concerns, and escalations.
Maintain accurate community spreadsheets, tracking sheets, dashboards and updates in ArcGIS, Power BI, GetConnected, CCWS, SAP, and other systems.
Respond to customer emails/voicemails with clear, personalized information that encourages connection.
Investigate service status, application progress, cancellations, and discrepancies.
Prepare outreach materials (walking lists, contact lists, community messaging) and support marketing activities.
Represent the organization at customer, contractor, and partner events.
Document all customer issues and resolutions for regulatory requirements.
Assess new developments and contribute to regular attachment reports and key metrics.
Must-haves:
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2–4 years of successful B2B/B2C sales experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data management.
Proven ability to build relationships, manage customer accounts, and drive results.
Strategic thinker with solid business analysis skills.
Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to safety, integrity, respect, and inclusion.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Maximo, e‑GIS, GetConnected, CCWS.
Knowledge of natural gas applications in residential/commercial settings.
Understanding of energy markets and utility processes.
Ability to identify problems, investigate issues, and create solutions.
Working Conditions:
Field + office hybrid environment.
Frequent travel within Ontario, including evenings/weekends.
Valid Ontario G‑class license with a clean driving record required.
Compensation: $28–$32/hr depending on experience, classification, and contract structure. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications and client requirements.
