We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist who will support our teams in the development and execution of strategies by providing category data and insights. You will get involved in stakeholder communications and maintaining relationships with multiple business functions.

What You’ll Do
In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive financial performance, category growth, and better decision-making across the business.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Produce accurate, insightful reports and analyses that inform financial results, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Lead ad hoc investigations to evaluate data, identify trends, and uncover meaningful business insights.
Integrate multiple data sources into cohesive, consultative presentations for internal stakeholders.
Manage large analytical projects and develop new reports, dashboards, and data views for business partners.
Deliver forward-looking category metrics and insights, recommending actions across key levers within Category Management.
Analyze business and market trends related to private label, eCommerce, and adjacent categories to recommend strategies that improve category performance.
Partner closely with business stakeholders, embedding analytics into day-to-day decision-making.
Data & Reporting Excellence
Design, build, and enhance automated reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing reports and dashboards.
Work confidently with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
Serve as a subject matter expert for:
SQL Server processes
Cloud-based data platforms
Tableau visualization and storytelling
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience in analytical or business intelligence roles.
Experience in retail and/or CPG environments.
Expert-level ability to design and execute complex SQL queries.
Deep expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development and data storytelling.
Advanced communication and consulting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Proven ability to integrate multiple data sources and clearly articulate the “so what” for business stakeholders.
Strong project ownership, analytical rigor, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
