Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised /certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post ;
At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization ;
Certified ITIL Foundation .

Desirable:

Experience with collaboration solutions from major vendors like Cisco, Poly and Pexip ;
Qualification of Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) ;
Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions like Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex .

Duties/role:

Perform ing service continuity improvement tasks on the NATO voice & VTC infrastructures ;
Support ing innovation efforts related to voice and video conferencing technology ;
Work ing with the project management team and provid ing technical support to projects to enhance and improve the existing infrastructure and services .
