We’re expanding our Manchester team and looking for driven, confident people who want to build a career in commercial finance and B2B sales.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll speak with business owners and directors, qualify funding enquiries, and book high-quality appointments for senior brokers.

This is a great entry point into commercial finance, with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Calling inbound and outbound business funding enquiries
Speaking with business owners to understand funding requirements
Qualifying opportunities against set criteria
Booking appointments for senior finance brokers
Updating CRM notes accurately
Following up warm and previous leads
Hitting daily activity and appointment targets

What We’re Looking For

Graduate or 0–2 years’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Ambitious and keen to progress

No finance experience required – full training provided.
