Job Summary

The Customer Success Coordinator serves as a key operational partner within the Client Success Network, ensuring the tools, processes, and support structures needed for effective client service delivery are in place and functioning smoothly. This role emphasizes coordination and oversight rather than hands‑on execution, working closely with Customer Success Managers and cross‑functional teams to uphold operational readiness, compliance, and efficiency. The Coordinator assists with onboarding new client relationships, tracks program performance, and drives internal alignment to support exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and compliance standards.
Validate accuracy of reporting, invoicing, and KPI tracking without performing transactional tasks directly.
Assist Customer Success Managers with program management and oversight of existing accounts.
Support onboarding activities for new client relationships to ensure smooth integration and alignment with contractual requirements.
Maintain and update client asset databases, PM schedules, and internal systems to ensure data integrity and readiness for execution.
Generate and distribute performance scorecards, KPI reports, and trend analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with contract amendments, renewals, and implementation of prescribed changes. Coordinate internal training materials and maintain SharePoint resources for program documentation.
Oversee quotation activity for Major Accounts, ensuring submissions meet client requirements and follow up on outstanding or rejected quotes.
Prepare and support Quarterly Business Reviews with accurate data and insights.
Ensure adherence to company policies, HS&E standards, and quality procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a client-facing or operational coordination role, preferably in service or technical environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CMMS or similar systems is an asset.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions and process improvements.

The salary range is $45,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.

This posting is for an active and current vacancy; interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
