Job Description

Global Investigations & Incident Leadership

Lead and oversee investigations involving workplace violence, theft, fraud, misconduct, threats, safety incidents, and policy violations; ensure matters are handled professionally, discreetly, and legally.
Serve as the primary decision‑maker during high‑risk or escalated incidents and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders.
Maintain case documentation, chain of custody, evidence logs, and report standards.

Risk Management & Prevention

Identify security risks and trends; develop prevention strategies, incident‑response protocols, and playbooks.
Partner with HR and Legal on employee‑related security concerns and workplace‑violence mitigation.

Venue Security & Investigations

Implement physical security programs for players/guests and Playmakers; promote SOPs and best practices.
Oversee both in‑house security staff and contract security teams within an assigned region.
Build relationships and liaison with local law enforcement on behalf of Topgolf.
Design emergency‑response protocols and train operational leaders.
Conduct security assessments as required within assigned region.

Third‑Party Security Program Management

Manage third‑party armed/unarmed security providers, post orders, performance, and utilization.
Manage associated budgets and forecasting.
Ensure external teams support investigations, evidence collection, and escalation.

GSOC & Critical Incident Coordination

Coordinate with the Global Security Operations Center for monitoring, escalations, and crisis response.

Travel, Event, and Executive Security

Manage global travel security protocols, risk assessments, and traveler support.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee security coverage for special events and full‑venue buyouts, ensuring the safety of players, Playmakers, guests, VIPs, and talent.
Develop event‑specific security plans, including access control, crowd‑flow management, emergency‑response posture, and coordination with venue operations and local law enforcement.
Lead in‑house and contract security teams during events to ensure consistent standards, rapid response capability, and clear communication channels
Provide executive level security support as needed, including protective planning, threat assessments, and coordination with travel security when appropriate.

Cross‑Functional Partnerships

Work closely with HR, Legal, Operations, Facilities, IT, and leadership on sensitive matters.

Minimum 10 years of experience in security and/or law enforcement.
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in a corporate security environment.
Experience managing complex investigations and coordinating with law enforcement.
Experience managing event, travel, and executive security operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead security operations across multiple venues or regions, ensuring consistent investigative standards, incident‑response discipline, and alignment between in‑house and contract security teams.
