The Opportunity

We’re looking for a rare kind of CTO.

Not a solo developer.

Not a startup-only CTO.

Not someone capped by team size, tooling, or ambition.

We are building large-scale AI systems for serious businesses — platforms where “that’s not possible” isn’t an acceptable answer.

This role is for someone who:

Already runs (or leads) a fractional development agency
Can immediately access 150+ engineers
Has proven experience delivering seven- and eight-figure projects
Can build whatever the customer needs — without technical constraints

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Acting as Chief Technology Officer across multiple high-value client builds
Designing and overseeing enterprise-grade architectures, including:
AI agents & agent orchestration
AI automations & workflows
SaaS platforms
Frameworks, pipelines, and data pipelines
Scalable backend systems and infrastructure
Leading delivery across large distributed engineering teams
Ensuring projects scale from MVP → production → enterprise
Being the final technical authority — if it can be built, we build it

This is real delivery at scale.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

You run or lead a fractional development agency
You can mobilise 150+ engineers across disciplines and certifications.
You’ve delivered very large projects (seven & eight figures)
Deep experience with:
AI agents & AI automation systems
SaaS product development
Data pipelines & backend infrastructure
Modern cloud architecture
You think in systems, not features
You are commercially minded — delivery, margins, timelines matter

If you’ve only worked inside one company or one tech stack, this won’t be the right fit.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Software Development and implementing best practices in programming.
Proven experience in Project Management, including the ability to oversee large-scale projects efficiently.
Comprehensive understanding of IT Strategy and aligning it with broader business objectives.
Proficiency in Architecture design for software and scalable systems with a focus on AI-driven technologies.
Demonstrated ability in Product Development and driving technological innovation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams effectively and fostering collaboration.
Background in AI, machine learning, or large-scale systems development is preferred.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
