IT Director - Outsourced/MSP/M&A - Accountancy Professional Services - Start up
Super exiting PE Backed Accountancy Professional Services buy & build start up (with several acquisitions already) urgently require a dynamic and gifted IT Director to help them set up their end-to-end IT/Tech capabilities from scratch with a view to scale significantly in 2026 via multiple acquisitions
Your role will involve:
Hands on setting up of their who IT/Tech Capabilities from scratch
Key business relationship management with MSP - RFP, Contracts, engagement etc
System Vendors (eg Practice Management Systems - IRIS etc)
Setting up an overall end to systems Platform to enable scale and accommodate multiple acquisitions
Set up and implementation of workable TOM - Target Operating Model and shape of Tech Stake/People plan etc
You will need to have
Gravitas, commercial acumen, strong 3rd party/vendor/MSP engagement experience, influence
Experience in Accountancy Services/Professional Services
M&A, Start up
End to End Systems/Platform Set up - TOM

Rate: £850-950 a Day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location: London with travel
