Brand & Campaign Manager

Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Katie Bard is working with an entrepreneurial, fast-growing business in the property and technology space to recruit a standout Brand & Campaign Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to shape a brand at a pivotal stage of growth.

This is not a passive role. You will sit at the heart of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive brand visibility, lead high-impact campaigns, and ensure marketing activity directly supports commercial goals.

The role

As Brand & Campaign Manager, you will take full ownership of brand, campaigns, and performance across multiple channels. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, confident moving between big-picture planning and day-to-day execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Owning and developing the brand narrative, positioning, and tone of voice
Leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, paid, content, and social
Translating business objectives into creative, measurable marketing activity
Managing campaign performance, reporting on ROI, and optimising based on insight
Working closely with product, commercial, and leadership teams
Briefing and collaborating with internal teams, creatives, and external partners
Supporting and mentoring junior marketing talent as the function continues to grow
Line managing one Marketing Executive

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign-focused role
Strong experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (B2B or B2B2C)
A data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional approach
The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders

Experience within property, technology, or a scale-up environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Katie Bard is acting as an agency and is an equal opportunities employer.
