We are seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to develop high-impact learning experiences for adult professionals. This role combines instructional design expertise with innovative use of AI tools to deliver engaging, practical, and data-driven learning programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and blended learning solutions. Accountabilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning programs aligned with business objectives.
Apply principles of adult learning and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-focused experiences.
Develop blended learning solutions using e-learning modules, virtual training, on-the-job activities, and other instructional formats.
Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across all learning initiatives.
Integrate and leverage AI technologies, including custom GPTs, to enhance learning experiences and improve outcomes.
Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.
Continuously experiment with innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and learner engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design, learning program development, or related roles.
Familiarity with AI applications in education, including large language models like GPT-4.
Ability to prototype and implement AI-powered learning tools and solutions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Passion for designing engaging, practical, and data-driven learning experiences.
