6-month Contract project in a fast-growing, PE-backed global SaaS business at a pivotal transformation stage. Seeking a finance transformation expert to drive operational excellence and build robust financial foundations they scale through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Role

As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in driving finance process improvement and operational effectiveness. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will lead transformation initiatives across Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, embedding governance, enhancing the use of technology, and supporting annual reporting and audit delivery. You will also provide vital support during busy periods and help implement new tools and best practices across the Finance team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by shaping the finance operations of a global business.

Key Skills

ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant
Proven experience in finance transformation or process improvement roles
Deep understanding of core finance processes (Accounting, AP, AR, month-end close)
Experience with close-management or reconciliation tools
Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
ERP experience (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Comfortable with finance systems and automation tools
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
Desirable: Experience in Private Equity environments
Desirable: Experience working with global, multi-entity, or multi-currency operations
