Mechanical Design Engineer – Motorsport (Ghent)

Engineer at the limit. Perform where it matters.

We are a motorsport engineering company based in Ghent, specialising in the design and development of high-performance suspension systems and gearboxes for rally cars. We are looking for a driven Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and contribute directly to competition-winning hardware.

The Role

Design and develop suspension and drivetrain components for rally applications
Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation
Work closely with manufacturing, assembly, and track-side teams
Support testing, data-driven iteration, and continuous performance improvement

Your Profile

Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or mechanical design
Strong CAD skills (e.g. SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar)
Solid understanding of materials, machining, tolerances, and high-load components
Passion for motorsport and performance-driven engineering
Hands-on, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
