We are a high-performance engineering company based in Heist-op-den-Berg, and we’ve just been chosen as a key technical partner by Cadillac’s brand-new Formula One team. From mechanical design of engines, exhausts, and chassis systems, to developing robotic arm solutions that transform logistics for sports teams worldwide, our projects push the limits of what’s possible.

Now, we’re looking for ambitious graduate engineers to join our growing team.

What You’ll Work On

Formula One design projects – CAD modelling, prototyping, and refining core systems like engines, exhausts, and aerodynamics.
Advanced robotics & machine building – creating automated solutions for moving and assembling precision components.
Hands-on engineering – from concept to test bench, you’ll see your ideas take shape.
International impact – collaborate with world-class teams at the cutting edge of motorsport and automation.

What We’re Looking For

Recently graduated in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering (or similar).
Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
A genuine interest in motorsport and advanced robotics.
Skills in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX) are a big plus.
Open to learning, growing, and contributing in a fast-paced international environment.
