Founding Engineer (London / Hybrid) - JavaScript

We’re an early-stage startup building an AI-driven platform in the capital markets space, with a clear mission: use AI to radically reduce the complexity of a traditionally under-served function.

Our MVP is live, we have early customers, and strong relationships across the industry. Now we’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help take the product from early traction to scale.

This is a high-ownership role working directly with an experienced CTO. You’ll be deeply involved in technical decisions, product direction, and execution from day one.

What you’ll do

Own technical execution across the stack
Build and ship core product features end-to-end
Help evolve an MVP into a scalable, production-ready platform
Use AI coding tools to move fast without cutting corners

What we’re looking for

Strong full-stack engineer with a product mindset
Comfortable with TypeScript, React, Node, and modern web frameworks
Curious about LLMs and AI-driven workflows
Someone who’s built things independently and enjoys ownership
Bias toward speed, learning, and delivery

Experience with LLM APIs, cloud infrastructure, RAG, or agent-based systems is a bonus, but not required.
