The Role: Mission & Impact
As a key member of our commercial team, your primary mission iwill be to drive the adoption of Company”s solutions across all target applications in Europe, establishing technical and commercial trust with our customers.
By understanding customer goals and challenges, you will connect their needs with our technological capabilities, ensuring we deliver value at every stage. Your success will be measured not just by revenue, but by the strength and longevity of the customer relationships you build.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Partnership Development: Understand Customer strategic goals, design and manufacturing challenges, and needs in supply-chain and production. Act as their trusted advisor on material selection and innovation.
Solution-Oriented Engagement: Lead technical discussions that focus on how Rydena’s prepregs solve specific problems, improve performance, and reduce total cost of ownership.
End-to-End Relationship Management: Guide customer through the entire sales process—from initial technical dialogue and proposal to contract negotiation, delivery, and support.
Strategic Collaboration: Leveraging your customer insight, serve as the primary link between the customer and our teams. Provide critical feedback on our product line and future needs to help shape innovations that meet market demands.
Who You Are: Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves:
A technical degree (BSc or MSc) in Materials Science, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience minimum 3 years, ideally 5–10 years in a customer-facing technical role involving prepreg materials, with a preferred background in the aerospace sector.
A deep understanding of customer processes and how prepreg properties impact final product performance and manufacturability.
A proven history of building strong technical customer relationships and growing business through trusted partnership.
Excellent command of English; professional proficiency in French or other European languages is highly valued. Knowledge of German and established connections with European aerospace OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers are a strong asset.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe; preferred base in Toulouse or Germany. Open to flexible arrangements, including remote work combined with frequent travel.
