Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications. The successful candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Java backend development, modern frontend frameworks such as React, database design and optimization, and system integrations using APIs and messaging technologies. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions.
What You Will Do
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services using modern frameworks
Build responsive, user‑friendly front‑end applications using React
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices
Database & Data Management
Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases
Develop and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers
Ensure data integrity, performance, and security
Integration & APIs
Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations
Integrate internal systems and third‑party services
Support messaging and event‑driven architectures where applicable
Testing & Quality
Perform unit, integration, and regression testing
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
What You Bring
Java (Core Requirement)
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+)
Experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot
Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture
Experience with multithreading and performance optimization
Database Technologies
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is an asset
Understanding of data modeling, indexing, and query optimization
Integration & Middleware
Hands‑on experience building and consuming REST APIs
Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth, JWT
Experience with integration tools, ESB, or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, MQ) is a plus
Front‑End (React)
Strong experience with React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
Familiarity with REST API integration from the UI
Additional Skills (Nice To Have)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
Exposure to security best practices and OWASP guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1–5 years of professional software development experience
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
