LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Finance & Process Analyst for a 3-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
Remote
Key Tasks
Manage and document intercompany invoicing and accruals for multiple legal entities.
Develop and implement IT cost allocation processes and AP reference guides.
Conduct ERP data uploads and validations in Tagetik, ensuring accurate balance sheet flows.
Perform intercompany transaction reconciliations across hundreds of entities.
Create clear, high-quality SOPs and process documentation for finance operations.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and cross-team clarity.
Key Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial statement impacts, accounting flows, and intercompany accounting.
Hands-on experience with accruals, variance analysis, and ERP systems.
Ability to produce independent, high-quality process documentation and SOPs.
Qualifications
Experience with Tagetik or similar financial reporting tools.
Exposure to Deltek or other ERP systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and ability to implement process solutions.
Experience translating complex technical and financial data into actionable procedures.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-entity environment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and visual process mapping skills.
Compensation
Hourly Rate Negotiable
