4.1 ERICSSON CHARGING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION (EC/EM) OF THE CONVERGENCE SIService
This service consists of maintaining the EC components (Ericsson Charging, version EC22.10 or
+) as well as that of the EM module (Ericsson Mediation, version EM24.2 or higher). These modules are components of Ericsson's CBIO suite.
? Expert Consultant in Charging Systems and BSS Architecture (minimum 5 years' experience)
4.1.2 Required skills
The skills required for this profile are:
Higher education in telecommunications engineering (engineering school, university degree with a minimum of four years of study);
Knowledge of EC and EM modules and experience in their implementation and configuration
Skills in analysing technical and functional developments in telecoms information systems and analysing business processes related to a telecoms operator;
Skills in software integration, application and functional acceptance testing, and data migration;
Strong analytical skills;
Communication and interpersonal skills in line with the duties and levels of experience specified above;
Length of experience in a similar position in line with the levels specified above.
4.1.3 Desired skills and qualities
Knowledge of OPT-NC and experience in a company of similar size;
Strong skills in the telecoms field;
Experience in modelling telecoms offers (fixed and mobile)
Knowledge or understanding of the OPT-NC Telecom solution (Convergence);
Knowledge or understanding of EB version 23 or higher;
Knowledge or understanding of the following modules is appreciated: CRM MS Dynamics, EOC/ECM, TIBCO, NOKIA Mediation
Skills in Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint tools;
Analytical and summarising skills;
Ability to adapt quickly and pragmatism;
Rigorous and methodical approach.
